Florence Chassaignac joined Heritage Group in 2011 and serves as Director of Operations for the firm. Prior to joining Heritage, Florence served as Director of Marketing for US Radiosurgery, a leading provider of stereotactic radiosurgery services with centers across the country, where she managed more than $2 million in combined advertising and marketing budgets. Florence was with USR from its inception and helped grow the company from one to 14 centers with consolidated annual revenue of $29 million. US Radiosurgery was acquired by Alliance Oncology in 2011 for $53 million. Prior to US Radiosurgery, Florence was the Director of Marketing for NeoSpine, an ambulatory surgery center company, where she developed and managed strategic marketing plans targeting the neurosurgery community and hospitals.
Florence has a B.A. from Rhodes College in Psychology. She is a native of Nashville, where she resides with her husband and daughter.
