Drew Harmata joined Heritage Group in 2026 and currently serves as Vice President for the firm. In this role, Drew is dedicated to the Strategic Engagement arm of our business, forging relationships with our Limited Partners, understanding their needs and informing our internal investment themes, as well as working with our portfolio companies to align growth initiatives within our strategic network. Before joining Heritage, Drew was a Vice President of Client Partnerships with Monogram Health, a value-based multispecialty provider of in-home evidence-based treatment for patients with multiple chronic conditions. Prior to his time at Monogram, Drew led program and business development within the Research Institute at HCA Healthcare, focused on identification and execution of clinical research opportunities. Drew started his career as an entrepreneur, bringing to market blood-based tests and predictive analytics for the early detection of autoimmune conditions, at IQuity Inc. and Decode Health.
Drew graduated from the University of Virginia (B.S.) and Vanderbilt University (Ph.D.) with degrees in Biomedical Engineering. He resides in Nashville with his wife and three daughters (one of which is a yellow lab).
