Dr. Gregory Sheff’s background includes over 20 years in healthcare both as a practicing physician and healthcare executive. He currently serves as a board member, advisor, or fractional Chief Medical Officer for several healthcare companies, including TridentCare, tango, and Medalogix.

He most recently served as interim President and Chief Medical Officer, Home Solutions, at Humana, Inc. At Humana, he oversaw Humana’s $2B+ home-focused delivery segment, responsible for operations, partnerships, and integration of multiple home-based care assets, from primary care to hospital at home to Medicare-certified home health.

Previously he was Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of AccentCare, one of the nation’s leaders in home-based healthcare services. At AccentCare he led the teams responsible for clinical operations, innovation, quality and coding as well as market development, provider joint ventures and payer partnerships.

Prior to AccentCare, Dr. Sheff served as Executive Vice President, Clinical Systems for Seton Ascension Healthcare Family and was Chief Executive Officer of Seton Health Alliance ACO. Previously he held senior leadership positions at Austin Regional Clinic, including development of their value-based care infrastructure. Dr. Sheff holds degrees with honors from Stanford University and the University of New Mexico School of Medicine.
