Jerry Knutson is an experienced executive with a history of strategic, financial, operational and M&A oversight. He is an expert in value-based care, clinical operations, behavioral health, and other related businesses.
Most recently, Jerry served as CFO of Pediatric Associates, where he managed RCM, finance, and value-based care contracts for 250 pediatric clinics and was instrumental in the company’s recapitalization with TPG Capital.
Prior to joining Pediatric Associates, he spent ~2.5 years as an Operating Advisor for Nautic Partners, where he worked closely with two of their portfolio companies, Aerostar Manufacturing and Nystrom Counseling. Jerry’s relationship with Nautic was cultivated through his role as CFO for one of their portfolio companies, Community Medical Group, which was a value-based care primary care clinic operator purchased by Centene in 2018.
Earlier in his career, Jerry served as the CFO and CIO for the country’s largest seller of hearing aids and spent 14 years at United Health Group, where he served as CFO of the national Medicare line of business before spending his last three years as CFO of Optum Insight.
He has an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from Marquette University. He and his wife, Andrea, live in Miami, FL, where Jerry enjoys running and playing tennis.
